Writing Critique Service
Whitehill Publishing is now offering a writing critique service. This service can help writers take their work forward, release ‘writer’s block’ and give an all important objective view of their writing from professionals in the field. With our many years experience as writers, editors and publishers, we are offering a comprehensive writing critique service for writers who want some constructive feedback on their work.
We give critiques on the following:
- Poetry
- Short stories
- Novels and novellas
- Articles and features
- Reports
Each critique will be thorough and full, giving the writer feedback on:
- The writing as a whole – overview
- The structure of the writing
- Any suggestions for improvement
- The development of the writing
- Whether it is suitable for the intended audience
- Recommendations for what next
Fees:
- For up to 6 poems of no more than 60 lines each
- For 2 short stories of no more than 3,000 words each (or total of 2 stories no more than 6,000 words)
- For up to 6,000 words of novel, plus synopsis
The fees for any one option are £50.00
Subsequent feedback on the same manuscript can be given – please email for fees.
If you wish to send a report for feedback, the fees will be based on the number of words – please email with your requirement and we will let you know the fee.
Fees for one off pieces (ie one poem or one short story) will be based on number of words – please email with details for fees.
